The Strength of Staying With Something Longer Than You Want To

Easy to miss.

You feel it in small ways.

But instead of acting on that feeling immediately, you pause.

You ask yourself:

Am I quitting because it’s not right…
or because it’s not easy anymore?

That question creates awareness.

Because sometimes, the difficulty is not a signal to stop.

It’s a signal that you are moving beyond the surface.

Something that is worth staying for.

This doesn’t mean you never let go of things.

It means you don’t let go too early.

You give yourself enough time to truly experience the process.

To learn from it.

Because the strength you build by staying just a little longer
